Refund & Cancellation Policy
At Zagalou, we value transparency and strive to deliver high-quality digital services tailored to each client’s needs. This Refund & Cancellation Policy outlines the conditions under which cancellations and refunds may apply.
1. Service-Based Projects
Once a service project (e.g., website design, social media management, branding, etc.) has been initiated and work has begun, no full refund will be issued.
Partial refunds may be considered at the discretion of our management, depending on the stage of the project and time/resources invested.
2. Cancellation by Client
Clients may cancel ongoing projects by providing written notice via email to support@zagalou.com. In such cases:
- If work has not started, a full refund may be issued.
- If the project is partially completed, only unused portions may be refunded after deducting service hours and any third-party costs.
3. Cancellation by Zagalou
Zagalou reserves the right to cancel a project at any time due to unforeseen circumstances, client misconduct, or non-payment. In such cases, a partial refund may be issued depending on the work completed and resources allocated.
4. No Refund on Completed Work
No refunds will be issued once a project has been completed and delivered, unless the service was not provided as outlined in the initial agreement or quote.
5. Refund Timeline
Approved refunds will be processed within 7–14 business days and returned via the original payment method, unless otherwise agreed.
